Early Childhood Education, OH Teaching Licensure, OH Administrative Principal Licensure) Throughout Kelly's career in education, she has taught at the primary level in an urban setting, while holding endorsements in Reading and Technology (grades K-12). In addition, she is a founding member of Stepstone Academy and is now in her fourth year serving at the administrative level. She is passionate about the education field, building a strong school culture, and setting the tone for students' success both in and out of the classroom.
